Once an order has been placed you will receive an email with your paid invoice.
When an order ships you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
You can place additional orders whenever you like right here in our online wholesale shop. This makes ordering and keeping track of your orders quick and easy.

We don't offer consignment of our wholesale goods.


We have included shipping and a card processing fee into the price of each wholesale item.  This is simply due the the wonky way our squarespace website works.

Example:  Each Crescent Carving Board is available at a 50% off wholesale price of $99 or $297 for a 3 Pack. A 3 Pack of our Crescent Carving Board however displays a price of $326 which includes shipping and card processing.

(($99 wholesale cost x 3) + ($6.50 flat rate shipping cost per board x 3)) + 3% card processing fee = $326


Credit Card Processing Fee:  We charge a 3% processing fee on all wholesale products. The fee is included in the price of each item in our wholesale shop

Shipping Costs:  We charge a flat rate for shipping each product within the continental United States.  For international orders please CONTACT US.
     Crescent Boards:  $6.50 per board. 
     Grenade Oil Lamps:  $15 per 12 Pack, $20 per 20 Pack.


Crescent Series Boards & Hand Grenade Oil Lamps:  Usually ships within 2 days of receiving your order.
Diamond Mirrors: We make these to order. Lead times vary but generally ship between 12 and 14 weeks.

We do our best to keep the availability accurate in our store.  In the rare case we can't immediately fulfill your order we will contact you and let you know when we can expect to ship your order.


Carrier:  Grenades ship via USPS, other products ship either USPS or FedEx ground depending on distance.
Overseas Shipping:  We can ship wholesale orders overseas. There will be an additional shipping cost. Please contact us for a shipping quote.  The buyer is responsible for any duties or customs taxes for orders shipping overseas.


All Sales Final:  Except in the case of material or manufactured defects we can not accept returns on wholesale orders.


Orders can be canceled by phone or email if the products have not yet been shipped. This is usually within 2 business days. Guarantee:  We guarantee all of our work free from manufacturing defects and delivered to you in good working order. We must be notified within 72 hours of receiving your order if you discover an issue with a particular product or damage due to shipping. We can not be held responsible for damage after this time period.

Material Variance:  We make our products and furniture from a variety natural materials utilizing various manufacturing methods. There is a degree of material variance in most materials or processes. Materials like wood and stone have a more obvious material variance than others. Knots, bark inclusions, varying woodgrains and color across a board as well as grain patterns in stone slabs all have their degree of material variance. Other materials and processes like sand casting iron have their own variance in texture and color. Material Variance is considered a natural variation of process and materials and are not considered a material or manufacturing defect. We work at great lengths to manage and curate these variances however working with natural materials no matter how man made they seem will always have a degree of variance and so your product may vary slightly from the images shown on our site.
